    -Is a FFL 01 in your city determined to be a commercial use?
    -Does your municipal code provide any insight into exemptions for your specific use?
    Life is like having a map with precise directions and exact stops, you find out that your directions and stops change as you progress further down your original map.

      I dont know but my home is zoned residential according to the city. I have to go back tomorrow because the supervisor wasn't there. I asked for an exemption on storage to satisfy ATF's requirement

        Are you planning on storing the firearms at a different location?

          @PlacerTactical
          If the city doesn't allow storage I'm looking for a another city which may allow storage just to give that address to the ATF to satisfy their requirements.

            I would imagine any city would allow storage depending on the zone it was in, but you are in a residential zone and that is where the problem is. There are many Gun shops in SoCal so I would imagine any city with a guns shop would allow storage.

            Also, if you are not going to store any merchandise, are you just going to drop ship everything?
