AR Pistol question

I have a 80% lower I completed... can I convert it to a AR Pistol? If so, if i sell it, is there any thing I need to do besides DROS as a pistol? I will engrave on the lower "AR Pistol"... or whatever is required.

if it was ever assembled as a rifle, legally, you can't "convert" it to a pistol.

in order to sell a homebuilt firearm, ATF requires you to mark your name, city, state, and a serial number on it in order to sell it.
