ppt question in San Fernando Valley

    Hi All,

My wife's co-worker wants to give me her father's old gun (father has long since passed away). She doesn't know what make/model the gun is, just that she's had it for many years and just wants to get rid of it. Will there be any PPT issues if the gun has no registration history? Also, any FFL's in the San Fernando Valley area able to help out with this process?

    much thanks.

No PPT issues with an old / unregistered gun.
Both the seller and buyer have to go to the FFL with ID.
By law, FFLs have to do PPT...some are just more friendly and easier.
Call around to your local dealers and see what's up.
