    Sorry if this sounds stupid, but can my wife pick my gun up for me after the waiting period is over?

    No...only the person who initiated the transfer (buyer/transferee) can complete it.

          The person starting the DROS has to bring back in their ID to pick it up. They have to bring in their ID, not anyone else. It is the only way.
          www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.
