    Contacting FTB

Any of you guys contacted the firearms and technology branch of ATF. Only number I have is a recording. I left a message over a week ago to which they called me back later the same day. Unfortunately I missed the call and the number they gave me goes to the same recording. I have left 3 messages since then with no reply. Is there any other way to contact these guys?

Constantly - I do it about once a month.

Write a letter. Fax or mail it. Wait. It's the best way to get a response as you have something in writing to refer to.

I'll type my request up and send it off tomorrow. Thanks for the input.
