    Doe's any body know if a saiga ak47 with no changes to it has to have a bullet button on it when you buy it new in California

      If it is a standard RAA Saiga, then it would need no changes. If it has a pistol grip, collapsible or folding stock, a flash hider, or a forward vertical grip, then it needs a Bullet Button.
