Can I buy as many handguns as I want thru PPT. I read a lot of confusion on this Note in the State's literature. My interpretation (which means squat) is the intent is that if you do more than 5 transfers per year where you are not going thru a ffl, then you need to get your own license. Again, it seems to be targeting sellers, not buyers. I've done 5 ppt's this year, am I now shut down (2 of the 5 were with the same seller at the same time). Thanks again.

Nope...buy as many as you can afford...The law was written to clamp down on individuals acting as dealers (buying and selling guns for profit)
