Single shot pistol transfers?

I have an 07 FFL in Oregon. I was thinking of making some extended barrels for some of the more popular non roster handguns. They would be long enough to meet the requirements for barrel length and OAL. I would also be making zero shot magazines that can be locked in place. Are there any FFL's in California that would do transfers on these guns?

I would love to. I already have a magazine lock for a 1911 I used on the suppressed 1911 with a threaded barrel. I would probably start withe the H&K line.

I plan on the HK p30 and HK45 for sure. My first few will be xdm and glock gen 4 because I have access to those guns. Once I get a few done then I will buy the HK's and get those going.
