    Shipping to California FFL's?

I called ATF today and was told my FFL has been issued 8-16-10, and should be mailed out by tomorrow. I am located in Oregon and would like to know what exactly do I have to do in order to ship guns to FFL's in California?

you'll need to sign up with the CFLC program, http://ag.ca.gov/firearms/cflcoverview.php , and then get a confirmation that the CA FFL is on the list before you send a firearm in to CA. AFAIK, that is the only "special" thing you need to do in order to ship to CA, besides the fact that you should not ship any firearms that are not legal in CA.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

Note that non-rostered handguns are NOT illegal. They just cannot be transfered to non-roster exempt individuals.

Thanks for the info guys. Looks pretty basic. I am familiar with the roster and the AW stuff.
