Am i able to to purchase a pistol off gunbroker.com that has a high capacity magazine, and have them converted to 10 rounders once my FFL has it?

It all depends on the FFL. If the FFL has a high capacity magazine permit, then the magazines can be accepted. Then if the FFL is willing to modify them, you could get them. It is also possible to sell the magazines after the firearm arrives with the magazines.Kemasa.
