    DROS Stripped Lower?

    I am a FFL and I have ordered my first off-list stripped AR lower and will be starting to build a CA. legal AR - Question; is the lower DROS'd as a handgun or long gun? Sorry for the rookie question but my DOJ field agent is still on vacation and Sacramento doesn't seem to want to return my calls - Thanks for all replies!

      Can be both.
      You dispo will have receiver in/out
      For DROS is can be done as a pistol for those who are exempt to the handgun roster or a longgun for all others.
