trying to get rid of a safe queen..

acquired a berretta 84bb in 98' ,dad bought from a family friend ,dad was a az resident at the time and left gun in cali with me,dad died in 06' and gun became mine by inheritance but was never registered in california.

    nice gun,never shoot it,wife prefers her sig 225 over a .380.
how do i sell this in california or do i need to go out of state to sell it??

former 01ffl sold the gun to my dad who hads 03ffl,i now have a 03ffl.

gun never left california and also has 3 13 rd mags....

You could just fill out the form:

If you were just holding the firearm for your Dad, then there should not be an issue with the Federal transfer since the ownership only changed when your Dad died.

The magazine ban went into effect in 2000, so you have had the magazines before that. You can not sell them in CA unless the person is exempt or to a FFL.
