High cap mag Question/Centralized list Question

Hey guys, Looking for some answers new FFl holder.After mailing out for centalized list how long is the wait? Also if I get a High cap mag permit can I purchase a high cap pistol and put it in my personal name and legally carry ,shoot ect.? I would really like to know these Questions.Taking my HSC instructor class tomorrow.A bunch of red tape and waiting and nickle and dimin.

The wait shouldn't be more than a month me thinks.

I used to think we couldn't possess large capacity magazines. Then the more I thought about it, you will have two things going for you. #1: You will have a permit with your specific name on it. #2: you can carry company inventory around with you where ever you go since you are taking it around for "demonstrations" to prospective customers or to take it to the range to try it.

So not only is possession of large capacity magazines not illegal, but you also have the means to obtain them legally as well by importing them and keeping them for sale through your business.
