I'm presently stationed at Fort Irwin - 20 miles or so north of Barstow and I'm attempting to find an FFL to coordinate the purchase of a Tokarev SVT-40 from an individual in Colorado. Does anyone in these areas handle out of state transfers for a reasonable price?
