I called one and charging me $75 for transfer + DROS + 8.75 percent of the price of the gun it will end up paying $100 at least.

no problem, he's a really awesome guy to deal with, very helpful. I've done 3 out-of-state transfers with him so far, and every one has been a breeze(except the 2nd time when I took a year to pick up 2 rifles from him due to finance issues & he was totally cool about it.)
