FFLs in Santa Clarita area for PPT

Anyone in this area where I could do a PPT for a Colt pistol to help a guy
coming from Bay area? Hours of operation? Cost?

A PPT is limited to a total of $35 by law ($25 DROS plus up to $10 for the FFL). Any FFL who sells handguns has to do a PPT for a handgun, by law.

I do not know of places in Santa Clarita though.

Oak Tree is probably your best bet. Even though I live in Santa Clarita, I am pretty loyal to Fort Courage http://fortcouragearmory.com/ in Simi Valley but, that's a bit of a drive. You should be happy with either one.

No Offence, but those folks dont look all too friendly or sociable especially if your a Filipino Minority. A lot of them act like a bunch of rednecks, who believes myself and the wife should go for something like a .38 Im like WTF!!! I drive all the way to palmdale just to do FFL, i go where people respect other people no matter who they are.

Come on, at least spell it properly. "Filipinos" as per my previous post. Philippines being the country.

I asked 2 persons there about a Saiga 12 shotgun and they couldnt even give me a half *****ed answer, a short stubby fart even went as far as saying they are not approved by the DOJ, again, im like WTF. Pity, i live not more than 5 mins away from them. Id rather go elsewhere for FFL and some place else to shoot.

What does a person look like or in what manner do they have to behave to get a decent level of service? Do they have to have gold rings and watches and have top notch clothing? Im a very down to earth kindda guy who likes to treat people how i want to be treated. Isnt that enough?? FYI, this was during the week when it was dead quiet and they were'nt doing much except gossiping like some gypsies.

You got bad service and automatically assumed it's because of your race. I often find it amusing that people who accuse others of racism often consider race as a defining factor of an encounter much more than anyone else. I like how you use the term "gypsies" to describe their behavior. I suppose that's intended to be some derogatory term which makes the "irony" that much more enjoyable.

So is a stock Saiga 12ga CA legal, or does it require modification? If it requires modification it's a business decision whether they are going to jump through hoops to make it legal to sell, and whether they want to go there. They are the ones who get visited by ATF and DOJ...You are not in their position and should be cautious in passing judgment.

So now "whites" are "banging" on "hispanics"...We can't just be happy with the racial disharmony initially discussed, lets bring MORE races into it!
