qusetion regarding PPT and a new resident

I recently moved. I have registered my handguns as per DOJ requirements. I want to sell one of my off roster handguns. My question is this. I went to the DMV and transferred my NV drivers license to a CA, but it takes aprox 6 weeks for the actual license to show up. Would it suffice to have my NV license, with a hole punched in it from the DMV and the DMV printout of my CA interim drivers license? Or does it not make a difference as long as I'm selling and not buying?

    Thanks.

No. You must have a CA ID, CA DL, or military ID with duty station orders in order to do a PPT. No exceptions. You will have to wait.
www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.

As luck would have it, my DL came in today. Not sure why the lady at DMV said six weeks...
      Thanks for the reply.
