    **FFL/PPT question!!

    Hey people,

    Quick Question. I am going to be in Southern California for only 3 days but want to do a PPT with a man for his Beretta 92FS Type M.

    If I do the PPT can I then do an FFL transfer during the 10 day to a FFL dealer in northern california where I live. I will not be able to be back in SoCal within 30 days of PPT to pick it up.

    What can I do? Thanks.

      Negative.
      You can have the seller ship to your FFL (but the roster would apply and you'd pay the normal transfer fees), or you can pick it up in 10 days.

      FTF/PPT, the buyer must be present at the beginning and end of DROS.
      An FFL transfer is the only other way.
