ok here is a tricky one. my friend who owns a pawn shop and is a ffl has a 1878? springfield rifle that was logged into the books before he ran the shop. now, the lady that pawned it wants to pick it up but is complaining that she has to dros it and wait the 10 days. i know that it's an antique and no need for dros and 10 day wait but since it's logged in his bound book can he do it without the dros and hand it over? in other words could he fill out the 4473 and that its?
