Can't sell Marijuana with my guns

I kid you not, i just received my new Riverside County Business Registration, and besides the 'Description' field, it says "Gun Smithing (No Marijuana)"

i guess this begs the question, are any other FFLS permitted to sell marijuana along with guns? if so, do you keep the bongs and pipes separate from the guns in their own display case, or do you offer 'special' offers to purchasers?

was there some special form i had to fill out when i sent my $30 to the county for the waste water treatment assessment?

Funny. I couldn't imagine a gun shop that also smelled like patchouli.

Only in California. On a serious note (if one can be made this far down the line), I've been reading up on getting gunsmith training and then an FFL so I can start a small side business. One thing has remained a constant, some cities and counties are harder than others to get approval for a firearms business, how was Riverside County?

not a problem, really. living in an unincorporated area put me out of local jurisdiction. i can't think of anyone nicer to deal with than the Riverside County Sheriff. ATF went out of there way for me too.

Local zoning ordinances are about the only issue you might have trip you up.
