DOJ approved RIA 1911?

Hi,

I am interested in buying 2 RIA 1911s. I checked the DOJ roster of handguns. What am I checking for? The descriptive adjectives of the 1911 sold? I don't see a manufacture number on the DOJ list. Spoke to several FFL dealers and they didn't seem sure.

I'd luke to buy these:
1). Rock Island 1911 .45 ACP handgun Match 5" Barrel. Seller states that "M1911-A1 FF" is stamped on it... if that means anything.

2) Rock Island 1911 9mm Tactical

They both come in either 7 or 8 round magazine.

I am totally confused as to look up the maker and model of a gun to see if it makes the DOJ list. Couldn't they list the manufacture number? The DOJ RIA 9mm list 2 models: AP9 steel and MAPP1 steel/polymer .

The first one is on the list, doesn't look like the 2nd one is, however, if these are private party transfers, they are 100% roster exempt.

I checked the DOJ site, but still don't know if the two RIA I want is CA compliant. From the DOJ:

Model. Barrel length. Caliber
AP9 FS/steel. 4.5". 9mm
MAPP1 FS/steel, polymer. 4.5". 9mm

M1911-A1/steel. 5". .45ACP
M1911-A1 tactical/steel. 5". .45 ACP
M1911-A1 target/steel. 5". .45 ACP

Again, the guns I want "seem" to fit the "description" of the model on the DOJ. One is a RIA tactical 9mm and the other is a RIA 5" barrel match pistol.

Not private party. I plan to buy them from online dealer. I even called DOJ, but she asked me to call back to speak to someone else. She didn't want to be pinned to a yes or no.
