When FFL expires, what to do with inventory?

If your FFL expires and does not get renewed for some reason, does the former FFL holder need to DROS all the weapons still in posession personally with a current FFL holder? Or can they be PPT'ed ? (Long gun or handgun).

Once the FFL expires, their CFD would no longer be valid and they would not be able to run DROS.

The dealer should dispose of the firearms before hand. Otherwise, they would have to follow the same rules as everyone else and move them to a valid FFL for DROS.

If I were going to sell or dissolve my business, I would dispose of my inventory before expiration. Probably to myself.
www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.

You wouldn't have enough room, but being the good friend that I am, I'd help you with that. Keep me posted.

You have been in my gun shop. I could easily stack it all up in my garage. I would just have to park the scooters outside.

Does the same apply to Curio 03 FFLS? What if you have a bunch of pistols, you can't do more than 1 per 30 days right? (If you were DROS'ing them all to yourself)

The 03 is not a dealer's FFL, so every single firearm you take possession of while holding an 03 is your personal firearm already.

After the 03 expires, nothing changes. You just can't mail order C&R rifles to your doorstep anymore
