    Intra-Family Questions.

On a Inter-family transfer, how much can a FFl charge? Is there a waiting period? Is the form from the DOJ required for the transfer?
    Thanks,

assuming you are talking about an interstate InTRA-family transfer, as much as they want.

    Is there a waiting period?
    the standard 10-day wait.

Is the form from the DOJ required for the transfer?
    Thanks,
nope, the FFL DROS covers it.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

If it is an in-state intra-family transfer, it does not need to go through a FFL and the CA DOJ form is what you need to do. For out of state, it is as mentioned above.
