A few question about filling our form for C&R

    Hello,

Filling out the form right now and I see there are a few questions beginning in section 11 where I am asked if I have been denied a license for various reasons, ever held a license, etc, then there are two sections following this (sections 12 and 13 asking me to elaborate on any area I put a yes), I'm assuming since I put no for all of the questions in section 11, nothing in 12 or 13 would apply so I left everything in sections 12 and 13 blank.

I'm also not sure how to go about finding my Chief Law enforcement officer. I live in West Hills in Los Angeles county if that helps. Thanks a lot.

Leaving them blank sounds right. For the other question, when you call 911, who comes, deputies or city cops?

West Hills is served by the Topanga Community Station of the LAPD.
Not sure if they have a "local CLEO" or if you should send your copy to Charles Beck.

For the n/a spaces... I've seen people here recommend putting in N/A on those, and "Collector" for the "title" entries.
Personally, I left them blank and I got my 03 in 3 or 4 weeks.
