    Well, 12/10 isn't expired, yet. Not for another 9 months, in fact. I don't know if, say, Ruger has to submit a gun for testing to update their approval, but I wouldn't put it past the state to try to demand that along with the fees to update.

      No, unless the state demands it for some suspicion that the guns being sold are different from the guns tested, once a handgun is on the Roster no more testing is required.

      Just the annual bribe fee.
