    shotgun laws

    i was at turners in chino today and they had a shotgun with pistol grips front and rear....i thought that was a no no......what are the law with shotguns??

        pistol grip questions are asked on the flowchart when required.

        What type of shotgun are you talking about? Pump-action, semi-auto? If it was a pump-action, like a Remington 870, you would have gone through the flowchart all the way up to question #11 and when you said it wasn't semi-auto, the flowchart would end at LEGAL. That is because pistol grips aren't a regulated feature on non-semi-auto shotguns.

        If it was a semi-auto shotgun, you still have to get past the "folding stock" question before the pistol grip question is asked, because you can have all the pistol grips you want on a fixed-stock semi-auto shotgun and still be legal.
