C&R PISTOLS

I know this has been asked alot of times.Are C&R pistols exempt from the roster and allowed in CA??

Yes, they still need to be transferred through a dealer though. An 03 FFL cannot accept one in the great state of California.

C&R by age, or by listing is acceptable for the roster-exemption. No C&R handgun may be received directly by an 03FFL in CA.

Many disagree with that, and there have been persuasive arguments to the contrary. There was an excellent thread about it recently, but I didn't chime in so can't find it easily.
