    C&R PISTOLS

    I know this has been asked alot of times.Are C&R pistols exempt from the roster and allowed in CA??

    Yes, they still need to be transferred through a dealer though. An 03 FFL cannot accept one in the great state of California.

      Any revolver or auto as long as it is 50 years old or on the C&R list?

            Many disagree with that, and there have been persuasive arguments to the contrary. There was an excellent thread about it recently, but I didn't chime in so can't find it easily.
