yes, you can. but you either need to physically remove it from the state before you sell it, or use a licensed AW dealer to faciltate the transfer to the out-of-state buyer.

And this is assuming that the AW in question is a Registered AW.

Now, why would anybody would want to sell a RAW tht can't be replaced. Plus, every RAW that is removed from the books hurts future legal challenges that should be coming in the future.

it has to be shipped FROM an AW dealer. You aren't allowed to ship it directly to an FFL.
