BTW, it is not a PPT. It is a private sale, but a PPT is where both parties go to the FFL, which happens to have a restriction on the fees that can be charged. A private sale is not limited in the fees. The main reason that I mention this is if you go to a FFL and use the term PPT, they might say no because you can not do it if both people don't go to the FFL. Also, it is good to use the correct terms :-).Kemasa.
