Does the cost of $150.00 per HSC Certificate Set of 10 ordered from the DOJ include the $15.00 to the state of the $25.00 we charge for the HSC test and certificate?

Yes, it is the $15 they get. No other remittance needed. They sell them to you for $15/ea and you charge $25/ea.Last edited by halifax; 02-05-2010, 9:50 AM.Jim

On the FAQ for HSC is the information below, but when I called to see what they wanted, I was told that this is no longer required and in fact is no longer done at all. I also download the most recent HSC manual and on page 13 (pdf page 15) it also still says that, but it is dated March 2007 and the change was in 2009.
22. What are the reporting requirements for Handgun Safety Certificates (HSCs)?
Each year during the month of January, DOJ will mail a reminder that, by March 1st, all DOJ Certified Instructors who have ordered Handgun Safety Certificates (HSC) will be required to report the total number of HSCs issued during the previous calendar year. This volume report is required even if zero HSCs were issued.Kemasa.
