It is also a rimfire, not a centerfire (see page 71 of the awguide.pdf from the CA DOJ) which is based on features and since it is rimfire, it does not apply. In the case of the ban by name, the caliber/rimfire does not matter.Kemasa.

the only issue that i see is the high cap mag. as long as you have them ship it to you with a 10rd mag, then the entire ensemble should be kosher.Comment
