FFL in Morgan Hill or Gilroy?

I Wanted to purchase a Calguns Lower from Rifle Gear, was wondering if there are any friendly FFL's in Morgan Hill or Gilroy?
Last time i purchased a lower it was directly from the store.
Questions:
1. What is different?
2.Do i have to stop by the FFL before placing the order?
3.What paper work is needed, is it available online?
4.Is their any other information that is important i should know?
5.Extra fees for Transfers?

If you want to travel to Santa Clara Rogers Relics is the best. I have bought two OLLs and some other guns through them and everything went nice and smoothly.
