    Assault Weapon?

    I received 2 Receivers for a customer today from Henderson Defense. They are marked:

    Century Arms Inc
    Something, VA
    CETME Sporter .308 CAL

    Am I right to assume these are ok since they do not have the marking anywhere of:

    Made in Spain
    and
    CETME "Sport"

    If they are indeed AW, what do I do with them now?

    Those are good to go. Henderson knows the laws and has sent a lot of them into CA.

    God, grant me the serenity
    To accept the things I cannot change;
    The courage to change the things I can;
    And the wisdom to know the difference.

      Similar issue. A copy of the H&K 93 but marked C93 (no Cetme or H&K markings). Complete rifle (.223) but with Bullet Button installed by the out of state dealer. My guess is OK and I did check the flowchart. Any hidden issues? Do dealers simply fill out the basic rifle DROS and 4473 or will a Calif. dealer need to somehow note that it was a bullet button semi, centerfire, etc. sale?
