    Question about legally selling and shipping gun

    Hello,

    I was selling my rifle and a gentlemen in AZ wants to buy it. How do I go about selling and shipping the rifle to him? Do I just ship to his FFL? I'm in CA he is in AZ.

      You can ship it directly, but first get the information needed to check out his FFL on the BATF ezcheck web page (https://www.atfonline.gov/fflezcheck/). It is nice to get a copy of this FFL, but since you are not a FFL, it is not required.

      Make sure you request an adult signature and that the box is not marked as being a firearm.
