ffl in imperial valley

I am looking for an ffl in the imperial valley area that I can have an ar15 sent to.
I am active duty military stationed at el centro NAF and am trying to get the gun shipped to me.can the gun be disassembeled adn sent with out the ffl?

Check with Border Tactical in El Centro, if they won't do it, I'm not sure you'll find anyone else that will. All firearms have to go thru an FFL, just the lower receiver is the firearm. Everything else can be sent to you.
