FFL and off list firearms

If a person has an FFL license, can they import firearms from out of state that are not on the CA approved list (assuming they do not sell these firearms to individuals that are not legally able to buy them)? Thanks.

Yes, as long as they are disposed of legally and are not considered an AW in CA.

Are you talking about handguns? Yes an FFL can order those for LEO or out of state sales. Just be sure they are not assault weapons and not a Taurus Judge.
