    Inherited guns from Guam

I have inherited 2 handguns from my Grandfather in Guam. The 2 firearms are not on the roster and I want to get them into the CONUS.
    My question is:

Can the 2 pistols be shipped directly to an FFL01, or do they have to go to an FFL08?

I'm guessing here, but does a handgun coming from Guam need to "imported" via an 08FFL? I'm guessing no, since there are FFLs in Guam, so it looks like they would be part of the states for FFL purposes.

So, assuming there doesn't need to be an importation done, I don't see why the handguns couldn't be sent directly to you. Federally, there is no need to use an FFL across state lines due to the inheritance, and CA-wise, they are exempt from needing to use an FFL do to the intrafamily transfer exemption.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?
