Selling Registered Assault Weapon

I have a customer that has a registered assault weapon in Southern California (HK91). They want to sell it. Does anyone know of which FFLs in Southern California have the AW permit that can handle this for him? He's going to sell it to a shop in Arizona I believe, but to my understanding can't ship it directly because of the AW status. He works in Harbor City so anywhere probably within a 60-90 mile radius would be ideal. I didn't ask him how far he was willing to drive.
