Does anyone know of an FFL in Fairfield, CA that doesn't charge extra fees on top of the dros on a PPT?

Any FFL who charges extra fees for a PPT should be reported. There are exceptions though. If the FFL finds the buyer and/or gets involved with the sales price has to collect sales tax. A required gun lock is a separate issue.Kemasa.
