Antique rifle question?

I have three Argentine M91's carbines, one is a Loews and the other are DWM's. They do not have the year produced on the receiver. Loews merged with DWM in 1896 so the Loews is an antique, but are the DWM antique?

Also, if C&R weapons are over 50 years old, are antique weapons over 100years old or just those made after 1898?

1898 is the cutoff date. As i recall is was supposed to be a certain number of years but doesn't change automatically like C&R. I would assume they are a firearms unless I had reference material to indicate a date of manufacture prior to 1898.
