Check the approved handgun roster. Last I check there were no 38 super Colts on it. If you're willing to drive to Manteca would be glad to do transfers for you.

Snellings Firearms is not too far and Bob is a super nice guy, Golden State tactical is in Fair Oaks, they're Oll friendly which leads me to believe that if it's legal they'll Dros it.
