The one per month rules is purchasing from dealers. PPT are not included. -
You can do as many PPTs as you can pay for, A PPT is exempt from the 1-in-30. An exception to the PPT exemption would include doing a PPT in a city like LA, which has its own 1-in-30-day law, which does not exempt PPTs from it.
Pursuant to 12082 refers to PPT transfers.12072(a)(9)(A) No person shall make an application to purchase more than one pistol, revolver, or other firearm capable of being concealed upon the person within any 30-day period.
(B) Subparagraph (A) shall not apply to any of the following:
(viii) Any transaction conducted through a licensed firearms dealer pursuant to Section 12082.Jack
