I ordered some ammo online on the 2nd. and I still have not received it

I also don't know if it has shipped yet. If it was not shipped out am I out of luck in getting it?

AFAIK the law makes no exception for late deliveries. It's up to them if they ship.

But it sounds like based on their answer that they are busy shipping all the California orders.

I ordered from 4 different places, when the stay was held I checked with all the retailers and they told me as long as It was paid/ordered for before the 5th that it was gtg. I did receive all my orders.

Hopefully it's the same with that retailer you bought from. They are probably just backed up.
