Need ATF form

I need the, now apparently no longer physically published, ATF Personal Firearms Record P3312.8 (2013) forms. The 8.5x7 heavy paper versions. There is a PDF on the ATF site but they added a dropdown in the Type column such that when you print the form it prints something on every line. I suppose I could edit the form to eliminate the dropdown options. No one seems to make 8.5x7 paper so I can buy some 24lb 8/5x14 paper and cut it in half.


Much easier if there is a kind FFL here that has a few forms they can share. I will gladly pay for the postage.

Corrected form is available at link below. Removed Type dropdowns. Form designed to be printed on 8.5x7 paper. I had 67lb 8.5x11 paper and cut it to 7. My printer did not allow duplex printing on Custom sized paper. So had to do manual 2 sided.

Form has enterable fields so you can put in info and then print it. Not exactly an Excel sheet but better that writing it all out.

I offer my Excel template for the ATF form. I have massaged the cell sizes to match the ATF form. The sheets are also password protected so you can't mess up the formatting. The data cells are enterable.

Got my forms 3/6. 15 days. Not bad for the government.
