    Selling to a C&R

I have a C&R-eligible firearm for sale, but I am not myself a C&R. Is selling to a C&R different than a regular PPT?

A C&R must have an ammo license to purchase in a PPT, correct?
When am I going to see Dragunov OLLs for sale??

If its a long gun, you can sell it cash and carry no PPT to anyone with a valid 03FFL and COE. You will have to give them your name and address so they can enter that in their bound book. You do not have to be an 03FFL to sell a C&R long gun to an 03FFL holder.

If its a handgun, you have to do a PPT through a dealer.

Have no idea what "ammo license" you are referring to. You dont need an "ammo license" to buy C&Rs. You need an 03FFL and COE.

Note that those who have repeatedly expressed enough vile and incoherent content as to render your views irrelevant, have been placed on my ignore list. Thank you for helping me improve my experience and direct my attention towards those who are worthy of it. God bless your toxic little souls.
