COE incomplete

Hello all,

I?m applying for an FFL/COE. I checked on CFARS this morning and saw where my application status is incomplete as of today (11/02). The messages says to check my email. I didn?t receive an email at all from them. I checked all spam and trash folders, nothing.

Can anyone give me any indication as to what I should do? Should I just wait and see if I get an email? I have already contacted them via the COE contact area on CFARS.

I already have the live scan. I sent an application to ATF and they have cashed my check. The issue is probably that I have not filled in the FFL03 number, but I don?t know that for a fact.

I uploaded a picture of my drivers license and the live scan document.
I only uploaded the front of my drivers license though. Would that be an issue?

i also have status incomplete and never received a call or email. i emailed them and received a response within a day. they were requesting my FFL03 number. i explained i was in the process of applying for the FFL03. will see what happens.

I don?t know what the email address is. I did create an issue on the site. I got a response saying pretty much the same thing you got. I said what you said. Now, I?m waiting for their response.

So my application is now marked pending as of today.

Still waiting on FFL-03 from the ATF. Or any kind of response from them. They cashed my check on 10-31.

I let mine go a little long before I remembered to renew.

Expired on Dec 20th. November 19th sent the renewal, November 22nd got the approval. I think someone there messed up really bad and did it quickly......

Today I received my FFL-03 from the ATF.
