How does the safe handling demonstration happen if you are only selling the frame of a handgun to another person. Does an ffl need all parts of the handgun to complete the sale?
The main reason for asking this is I have had firarms that I have purchased handled while in the waiting period. Nothing major (it was a glock, what can you do to it) but it bothered me anyways.
I thought on my next purchase from a private citizen I would collect all the parts and only leave the frame with the FFL.
What do you think?
