Need to document firearms with FFL03 and COE?

Hello and forgive me if this question has been asked and answered. I just got my FFL03 and COE. My question is simple: if I purchase two modern pistols and use the FFL03/COE to enable me to buy them at the same time, do I need to log these pistols in a book? Regards.
