So I'm going to apply for the centralized list of dealers so that I can leagaly sell ammo in ca just want a confirmation that it's the right move or is the a better one

All dealer FFLs automatically are ammo vendors. You should have access in DROS.

If you are not a dealer FFL then you need to be an ammo vendor. It is a CA license, not a federal license.

Ammunition Vendor License – CL dealers will be automatically enrolled

Pursuant to Penal Code section 30342, subdivision (a), commencing January 1, 2018, a valid ammunition vendor license shall be required for any person, firm, corporation, or other business enterprise to sell more than 500 rounds of ammunition in any 30-day period. However, pursuant to Penal Code section 16151, subdivision (b), firearms dealers licensed pursuant to Penal Code sections 26700 through 26915, shall automatically be deemed licensed ammunition vendors.

So the 07 ffl is an ammo vendor?or do I need to apply for the centralized list of dealers I keep geting confused on what really needs to happen

07 FFL is a manufacture of firearms. If you are only planning on selling ammo dont get a FFL its not worth the headache. If you plan to sell guns get a 01 or 07 if you plan to do builds and stuff. the more you add the more headache you get. I dont believe you have to be a CFD to get a ammo vender license
