FFL03 Renewal

Hi everyone.

My FFL03 expires this September and want to just clarify a couple of things. When renewing, do we still have to:

- send a copy of the the application to the Sheriff / PD department?
- do another Live Scan?

or do we just send the application to Oregon?

You didn't do a LiveScan for the original FFL-03. Fingerprints and photos are not required for the FFL-03.

If you also got a California State COE, then you provided the State with a LiveScan at that time. No LiveScan is required for the annual renewal of the COE.
